CC 101 helps commanders develop a comprehensive Awana ministry that equips your church, leaders and parents to raise kids that know, love and serve Christ. You will gain a clear understanding of your responsibility as an advocate, shepherd, administrator, communicator and leader for your program.			Commander College 201 will inspire you to examine true excellence in ministry and how it can be achieved. 201 builds on the five leadership roles you discovered in Basic Training and 101.					You will be challenged to evaluate what you have implemented from 101 and 201, things like — how well your directors and leaders share the gospel with clubbers; how well you have built relationships with your children's or youth pastor; and, how stories using a vision statement have transformed your club and church.
