			Volunteers Needed! This is the concern of most churches using Awana. Are you one of them? This concern is followed closely by wanting ideas to train, motivate and encourage leaders in their ministry. Awana has some helps for all of these. “You Belong” is a site in Awana Resources and Tools (ART) that will give you ideas to help meet some of the most pressing needs of working with volunteers. Awana missionaries are faith supported. That means that we raise all the funds for our ministry and personal needs. The Awana ministry focuses on the most fruitful age groups for salvation and discipleship. Ages 4 to 14 are prime ages for salvation and 15 to 18 are key ages for discipleship.
